If you’ve visited Firehouse Pet Resort before and just need to give us updated info for your pet(s) or add a new one, just give us a call or click here.

If my pet needs medical care and I cannot be reached at the number above, I authorize the person(s) listed below to make medical decisions for my pet.

Pets who are not spayed or neutered are ineligible for group playtime. Ask about our private playtime options!

Pet Preferences

Our top priority is to make your pet’s stay fun, relaxing, and safe. We do everything we can to show every pet how special they are to us!

Vaccination Requirements

Required vaccinations must be current according to records from a veterinary clinic. If vaccines are not current or records are not available, the vaccinations will need to be administered upon admission.

Dogs: Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper/Parvovirus**

Cats: Rabies, FVRCP**

**For pets over 10 years old, the requirements for Distemper/Parvo (dogs) and FVRCP (cats) may be waived if your pet has had the vaccine previously and your veterinarian has indicated that additional boosters are unnecessary.

Group Play

All dogs who are to partake in group play will first undergo a behavioral evaluation. The ultimate decision of whether a dog is eligible for group play will be at the discretion of Firehouse staff.

Medical History

Diet

We are happy to provide Purina ProPlan for your pet(s) while they are staying with us or feed them their own food from home.

Pets with coughing, sneezing, and other signs of upper respiratory infection are usually not admitted. Please contact us if your pet chronically has these symptoms due to a non-contagious cause.

Medical Care

If your pet has a potentially life-threatening emergency or is in obvious pain, they will be taken immediately to Firehouse Animal Health Center for stabilization and/or pain control while we reach out to you. For less urgent medical issues, we will reach out to you and your emergency contact(s) before treatment. All pets will be inspected for fleas and ticks upon admission and periodically throughout their stay. If any evidence of these parasites is found on your pet(s) we will reach out, but if unable to reach you we will treat your pet(s) immediately to remove these parasites.

Our goal is to provide a fun, stress-free experience for your pet! Just like most fun things, sometimes playcare comes with minor mishaps. We’re happy to talk about everything we do to keep your pet safe and what things you can prepare for, so don’t hesitate to reach out!
